How can I send my icon(s) to be displayed on your website?
If you wish to submit icons go to www.buddyputty.com and from the top menu choose "Donate Your Icon". It may take several months or more for your icon to actually appear on originalicons.com so please be patient.

I am unable to use any of your buddy icons.
You must be using AIM (AOL Instant Messenger www.aim.com) and not just AOL. AIM is free to download and use and is something provided by AOL so that non-AOL users can communicate with everybody with a buddy list. You can use also use AIM while you are connected to AOL.
Also it is best to use Internet Explorer or Netscape to browse our website. If you are using AOL or Compuserve to browse to our website you will find that the links to our icons will not work.

What is Zango?
Zango is a program you install that gives you access to tons of fun free stuff on a bunch of different websites. All of the websites can be found listed at www.zango.com. You can keep this program installed so that you are never prompted again by sites like ours or you can uninstall it very easily by using your "add/remove programs" tool in your Control Panel. Zango is spyware free and does not show inappropriate or intrusive advertising.

Your Zango software is identified as a virus by my computer.
Zango is not a virus but is being identified as such by your anti-virus
software because of the fact that we use a limited number of ads per
day which covers the costs to bring you all of the free content it
gives you access to. Even AOL does the same thing when you see ads on
your AIM buddy list. You can uninstall it very easily and permanently
by using your "add/remove programs" tool in your control panel. There is
nothing tricky or sneaky about it, I have even installed it myself. If
you have any problems i'd be happy to help you out with them.
